A range of high quality figures to refight the exciting
period of the Mysore and Mahratta wars, 1797-1805. Led by the future
Duke of Wellington, small armies of British and Sepoy troops fought against
the vast and colorful hords of the Indian Princes to add hugh tracts of
territory to the British domains in India and lay the foundations for the
future empire. British infantry wear, for the most part, the lightweight
red coat or long sleeved waistcoat and round hat issued to troops on foreign
service in hot countries and so may also be used for battles at the Cape,
Egypt, West Indies and other similar loactions.
