25mm Trojan Wars Range (updated 7/17/06)

A range of beautiful 25mm figures for the wargamer and collector which will include both the mythical Homeric Heroes and historically based figures, so that you can play battles of the ancient Mycenean and Minoan period and the siege of Troy in large scale and the small exciting skirmish fights on foot and from chariots.  As with many of our ranges there are a number of heads, poses, helmets and shields within the range so that there will be greater variety and no two armies need look alike.  Most of the figures are for the armies of both the Argives (Greeks) and the Trojans.  These figures are also compatible with other 25mm ranges for the ancients periods.

TROJAN WARS 25mm
 

SPEARMEN $12.50 per pack of six
The packs of spearmen come with a thick spear, similar to a short pike.  They are also supplied with either a large rectangular Tower shield or a figure-of-eight type shield.  Please specify which shields you would like with the pack.
T 1- In kilt or loincloth with boars tusk helmets standing ready/defending.

THE BLACK SHIPS
These are the famous "Black Ships" of Homer, so called because of the tar used to caulk the lower part of the ship, which was revealed when they were drawn up on the beach at Troy.

THE TROJAN ADVENTURE
The walls are built to be compatible with the beautiful Trojan War figures.  There is nearly a meter of tall, crenellated walls, all showing the huge stone-block construction that is so typical of bronze age fortresses.  Included are a main gate with adjacent towers and a sally port gate so that Heroes can charge out to do battle, all making a magnificent background for dioramas or blood and thunder encounters.  The figures can be purchased separately from the Trojan War range  $300.00

THE TROJAN HORSE
The exceptional model of the famous horse that led to the destruction of the city of Troy after the epic ten year siege.  This is a magnificent resin model, built in partnership with Grand Manner, that comes complete with a hidden band of 25mm Greek warriors, ready to slip out and attack the sleeping citizens of the great city. Measuring about 7 1/2 inches long by 9 inches high, it has the authentic look of the period even including the sacrificial wreath placed around its neck by the departing Greeks.  The lift out section in the top discloses thirteen specially designed figures seated inside and ready for action.  In the belly there is a concealed trapdoor that can be knocked out to allow the warriors to swarm down and wreak havoc,  all for $110.00!
